Chili Tips

Brown ground chuck ,drain and rinse (This gets rid of excess fat ) return to pan season literally with THY -YOW. (Also season sauteed vegetables) .simmer till done & enjoy.

Steak

Coat steak with extra virgin olive oil then season liberally with THY -YOW. refrigerate overnight then Grill to perfection.

Tacos

Brown ground chuck,drain and Rinse. (This gets rid of excess fat) return to pan season literally with THY -YOW and your favorite taco seasoning.

Salmon

Coat with olive oil, season literally with THY -YOW. Pan sear on both sides finish in oven @ 400°

Seasoned Seafood

Liberally and refrigerate overnight. Drain excess water, egg wash and coat in your favorite breading. Fry @ 350 to Golden Brown and delicious.

Cheese Steak

Frozen shaved sirloin works great. Cook steak until done. Drain and rinse, return to pan season literally with THY -YOW. Add sauteed onions and peppers. Finish with a dash of hot sauce and Worcestershire.

Burgers

Seasoned ground chuck liberally with THY -YOW. Form patties refrigerate overnight. Grill till done 80/20 ground chuck works best.

Rotisserie Chicken

Coat chicken with extra virgin olive oil. Season literally with THY -YOW (in & out). Cook till Golden Brown and delicious.

Fried Chicken

Season chicken liberally with THY -YOW and refrigerate overnight. Drain excess water, Coat with all purpose flour. Fry@ 350 till Golden Brown & delicious .

Veggie Kabobs

Combine a teaspoon of Thy yow,three tablespoons of melted butter,and teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce. Baste kabobs while grilling or oven roasting.

Buffalo Wings

Season wings liberally with THY -YOW and refrigerate overnight. Drain access water, fry till Golden Brown delicious. Coat in your favorite wing sauce and enjoy.

Ribs

Remove skin, seasoned liberally with THY -YOW. Refrigerate overnight the drain excess water. Grill low and slow till good to go.
